VICTORIA ISLAND, LAGOS

The Client required an upgrade of its existing facility, which is strategically located on the highly corporate streetscape of Ajose Adeogun Street, VI, Lagos. A design strategy was adopted that consisted of remodeling the frontal mass with steel frames and cladding the resulting composition with composite metal panels, grey glass and metal louvres. The result afforded the Client a sort of corporate image rebirth at the center of a commercial hub.
