RESIDENTIAL REFURBISHMENT OMOLE ESTATE, LAGOS

The Client acquired one-half of an old semi-detached building in a working-class estate in Ikeja, Lagos and desired a total refurbishment and conversion for use as a personal residence. A complete change of roofing type, elongation of windows and an introduction of burnt facing bricks to mimic the stereo-typical western European brick houses brought about the desired transformation.
