OFFICE REFURBISHMENT, PARK VIEW, IKOYI

The Client required refurbishment as well as re-modelling to be carried out on a recently acquired 4-level residential building, originally conceived as 6 nos. 2-bedroom apartments on 3 upper levels and a ground floor that was dedicated to parking and other ancillary facilities. The Site measures approximately 3840 sqm and the building footprint occupies just under a tenth of this area, which enables the creation of a large expanse of lush green area to compliment the intervention.
