About This Project

The programme called for a fast-track conversion of an existing (albeit yet to be commissioned) Ferry Terminal Building into a Court Complex for the Lagos State Judiciary.

A 160 sq.m void in the double volume waiting lounge was closed over by the introduction of a concrete/steel floor to allow for the effective use of the space. A total of 8 nos. Courts were created with support judicial facilities such as chambers and offices for the registrars.

Externally, a number of porta-kabins were introduced to make up for other ancillary spaces such as canteens, printing areas amongst others.
