G.P.H GOLF ESTATE

The Client was desirous of a variety of home prototypes for three sizes of plots in a Golf-course estate in the oil-rich city of Port-Harcourt. This option for the mid-sized plots (800 sq.m) is a bold attempt to recalibrate perceptions of luxury dwelling at a regular scale with a competitive budget. The prospective land owner is offered the option of having a home design where rustic textures and colours come together in the lush green environment of a golf-course.
