With a site located in a quiet upscale neighbourhood in the exclusive Ikeja G.R.A of Lagos, the programme called for fully-detached dwellings, with properly apportioned rooms, an elevated terrace outdoor space and a contemporary architectural language. The design solutions combined careful space planning with the use of modern architectural motifs to capture the essence of exclusive living. Each of the units has been located such as to feel a sense of community and yet retain its privacy.
