CONCEPT

About This Project

The developer Client required a state-of-the-art, luxury development on 4415 sq.m. of water-front property in a 20-storey tower that consist of 60 units of varying residential prototypes. A four-quadrant floor plan, rotated to take advantage of the views resulted in a unique form, whose envelope combined deep, over-hanging terraces with extensive grey-tinted glazing to define its architecture.
