About This Project

The brief calls for a 100-bedroom Hotel development with emphasis on Conferencing facilities, to be located on a 1-Hectare site in Asaba, the Capital of Delta State. The exhaustive programme was accommodated in a 7-level building, with spatial relationships determining horizontal and vertical organizations. The use of curves at the edges helps to soften the approach façade and also creates an opportunity for sweeping motions.
